Al\u00e9m disso, os artigos 1.336 e 1.337 do C\u00f3digo Civil d\u00e3o diversas op\u00e7\u00f5es de cobran\u00e7a a credores, sem precisar que eles imponham medidas graves como restri\u00e7\u00f5es de circula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"m-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cN\u00e3o justifica o comportamento da administra\u00e7\u00e3o condominial que se utilizou de procedimento indevido e de verdadeira coa\u00e7\u00e3o ileg\u00edtima, na tentativa de buscar seu cr\u00e9dito, especialmente considerando, repito, que esta d\u00edvida est\u00e1 sendo discutida judicialmente\u201d, disse a desembargadora.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"m-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A relatora foi acompanhada pelo desembargador Carlos Alberto.
