Segundo o autor, o objetivo do projeto \u00e9 estimular o transporte alternativo.<\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"m-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esse item foi acrescentado na Lei N\u00b0 528, de 18 de abril de 2005, que determina e classifica as vagas para estacionamentos em edifica\u00e7\u00f5es no munic\u00edpio. De acordo com o projeto de lei, todos os edif\u00edcios ter\u00e3o que possuir 10% das vagas existentes para bicicletas.
